Why Did I Get An Error Message Entering My Billing Info?
- If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. We only ship to billing addresses. If your billing address does not match your shipping address, your order will be cancelled.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
- Please contact us at: info@theglamorouslife101.com within 24hours of your order being placed. Once that time exceeds, we can no longer cancel your order.
How Often Do You Restock?
- We aim to restock every 1-2 weeks, but restock dates vary depending on product availability.
How Can I Find Out About Restocks?
- Restock information will always be posted on the @Liveglamorous Instagram page
When Will My Order Ship?
- Most orders ship within 2-5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
My Package Was Lost/Stolen, What Should I Do?
- Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package, this includes if your package was lost, stolen, damaged, etc. USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777).
What Is The Return/Exchange Policy?
- All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds, this is due to sanitary reasons. Please note, The Glamorous Life by Glamorous Life reserves the right to refuse all returns. Store Credit will only be given if necessary.
